Nagasawa Yuki

Nagasawa Yuki (長沢雪) is a Lily who attends Odaiba Girls' School. She is a member of Legion Hronesnæsse.

Personality

Though quiet and unsociable, which makes her intimidating to others, Yuki is actually sensitive, considerate, and kind, with many friends outside of school.

History

Upon entering junior high school, Yuki awakened the rare skill Brave. At the time, this skill was commonly regarded as useful only for supporting Lunatic Trancer. However, she successfully developed a method called "Enrage," which applies Brave to herself to drastically increase her attack power. Unfortunately, she had yet to realize the severe side effects: a lingering negative Magi residue that impaired her combat ability after battle.

At the end of her first year in junior high school, tragedy struck. Yuki, Funada Kiito, and Funada Ui were ambushed by Small-Class Huge in the suburbs. Yuki fought back with "Enrage," but the residual negative Magi weakened her. In her panic, she rushed to a nearby base for reinforcements, leaving Kiito and Ui behind. They were wounded in her absence, making it seem as though she had abandoned them. This shattered their friendship.

From that day on, Yuki became even more reserved, throwing herself into battles across the Kanto region to escape her pain.

Despite her aloofness, Yuki's ability to enhance herself with "Brave" made her invaluable. She was soon recruited into the top Legion, Heorot Saints. However, with her lingering regrets towards the Funada sisters unresolved, Yuki's solitary fighting style led to poor coordination with her teammates and resulted in her being benched after a few battles. Due to her combat potential, Yuki remained a reserve member of Heorot Saints, but was always seen as an outsider within the legion.

During Yuki's second year of high school, the Funada sisters returned and attempted to form their own legion but struggled to find members. Yuki, realizing it was time to speak her heart, sought them out and apologized for abandoning them in the past. In turn, the Funada sisters discovered that the negative Magi residue had affected her judgment and forgave her. Thus, the long-standing conflict between the three finally came to an end.

Combat Style

Among Lilies with the rare skill Brave, Yuki is one of the world's finest. She demonstrated that this ability, often seen as a skill only useful for supporting Lunatic Trancer, could also be used to shine on its own. During the Makuhari Recapture, she earned herself glory by charging into battle alone and defeating multiple special-class Huge, opening the way for her allies.

Yuki frequently uses "Enrage," which applies the rare skill Brave to herself to drastically increase her attack and defense. While it puts her into an excited state, she retains full rationality in combat. As a seasoned martial artist, she has little fear of Huge and prefers close-quarters combat using gauntlet-type CHARMs.
